1. Warranty Coverage
We offer a standard 30-day warranty on all products, effective from the date of delivery. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not apply to damages caused by misuse, accidents, water exposure (unless stated waterproof), or normal wear and tear.
2. What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover the following:
• Physical damage due to drops or improper use
• Water or heat damage unless explicitly specified as resistant
• Battery degradation over time
• Accidental damage or unauthorized repairs
3. Replacement or Refund
If a product is confirmed to be defective under warranty, we will offer either:
• A free replacement, or
• A full refund, depending on product availability and customer preference.

• Photos or videos clearly showing the defect
5. Return & Pickup for Warranty Claims
Once your claim is approved, our team will arrange a pickup from your address. The defective item will be returned to our service center. If eligible, a replacement product will be delivered or a refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.
6. Special Note for Georgia-based Customers
Customers in Georgia are eligible for free pickup and replacement delivery. For assistance, please reach out to us through the contact options above.
