1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect;

  • The return request is submitted within 3 days of delivery;

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

3. Return Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

  • Our courier will collect the item from your provided address;

  • If an exchange is applicable, a new item will be shipped at no additional cost;

  • If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.


4. Refund Conditions

A refund will be issued if:

  • The item cannot be repaired or replaced;

  • The issue is confirmed by our quality assurance team;

  • The fault is not caused by customer misuse or external damage.


5. Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • For orders within Georgia, if the order value is ₾300 or less, return delivery is free of charge – the customer pays nothing.

  • For international orders, customs duties and return shipping fees may apply, depending on your location and situation.
