For international orders, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days.
For deliveries within Georgia, estimated shipping time is 2–3 business days.

3. Are there any customs or import fees?
For international customers, local customs or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
For customers in Georgia, we cover all customs and clearance costs for orders valued up to 300 GEL, so you don’t pay any extra fees.

4. What if I received a damaged or wrong product?
No worries! Just reach out to our support team. If the issue is confirmed, our courier will collect the product from your address and deliver a replacement — or process a refund within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! If you're not satisfied with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping details will be coordinated by our team.
